2 red pepper, diced

1 can Tomato Sauce
1 can of Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies Rotel
Spinach, fresh, 1 cup
Chili powder, 2 tbsp
Other spices as desired (garlic powder, etc)

Here is how you make Quick Skillet Turkey and Black Bean Chili:

1. Spray a large skillet with pam cooking spray and brown the ground turkey over medium high heat until no longer pink. Add half of the chili powder that you want to use and stir to mix and then transfer meat to pan.2. Add onions and peppers to the same pan and saute until tender. Then add the rest of the ingredients and the browned meat back in and stir to combine. Spice as desired (I also added some garlic powder and some smokey island seasoning I have from Hawaii). The rotel adds a decent amount of spice, so be careful with the chili powder.3. Simmer for as long as you want and then eat over rice or in tortillas.Serving Size:?makes about 8 1-cup servings
