1lb. or more browned ground turkey, 2 cans diced tomatoes, 1 can tomato paste, 1/2 cup beef broth, 1 green and 1 red pepper, 1 yellow onion, 1 can rinsed pinto beans, chopped jalepenos for taste, 1 tablespoon brown sugar. Salt, pepper, oregano, splash hot sauce, cayenne pepper (not too much:), chili powder (lots, maybe 3-4 tblsp), and cumin (also lots).
Cook in crock pot on low for 8 hours on med for 6.
To increase flavors: add spices 1/3 at a time, tasting in between spicing, adding last batch about 2 hours before done. Also, can add a splash of beer (any kind) for extra flavor about an hour or two before done.
