Here is how you make Sloppy Turkey Joes:

ADVANCE PREP:Chop red bell peppers and onions. Mince garlic.PREPARATION:Heat oil in large skillet. Saute bell peppers,onions, garlic and pepper over medium heat untilvegetables are softened (3 minutes). Add turkey and salt. Stir to break up meat. Cook for 4 minutes or until meat is no longer pink. Stir in tomato sauce, chili sauce, Worcestershire sauce and hot red pepper sauce. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat. Stir in vinegar. Cool. Pour into labeled freezer bag. TO SERVE:Thaw.
