In a medium stock pot heat oilve oil.Add chopped onions and cook until they are more tender.Add ground turkey and salt. Cook until no longer pink.Add chili powder, cayenne, ground cumin and oregano. Cook with meat for a couple minutes.Add Ro-tel, canned beans (undrained) and tomato sauce.
