1 pkg jennie o extra lean ground turkey
2 tsp. olive oil
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 diced jalepeno pepper
1 can black beans with juice from can
1 can white beans with juice from can
Spices as you like:
cumin, garlic, salt, chili powder, chipoltle chili powder, cinnamon, cloves.
cilantro, fresh chopped
1 small lime


How Do I Make Steph's Turkey Chili?

Here is how you make Steph's Turkey Chili:

makes aprox. 5 --1cup servings.Brown ground turkey in pan with olive oil. When almost done add chopped onion and jalepeno pepper. Add spices to the mixture. When turkey is done and onion is a little tender add both cans of beans with the juices from the cans. Add more spice as needed. Stir. Cover and cook on med. heat for about 30 min. When beans are tender and flavors have come togther set to low heat and add the chopped fresh cilantro and squeeze the lime juice into the chili. Cover and let set about 5-10 more min.
