Here is how you make Toni's Turkey Chili:

STOVETOP INSTRUCTIONS: In a large frying pan over medium heat, add chopped onion and ground turkey. Cook until turkey is done but not browned. Add chili beans and stewed tomatoes. Cover and simmer until it boils, about 15 minutes. Then remove cover and simmer another 5 minutes (to reduce the liquid).If desired, garnish with a little shredded cheddar, chopped onion, and a dollop of fat-free sour cream.MICROWAVE INSTRUCTIONS: In a 3-qt covered casserole, cook the turkey and onion on high about 3-5 minutes, stirring to break up the meat.
