1/2 jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
4 cloves of garlic, chopped
1c chopped cilantro
3 cans dk. red kidney beans (rinse/soak in lukewarm water will remove 75% of the sodium, so the overall sodium content will be lower)
28oz can of crushed tomatos
28oz can diced tomatos

Brown the turkey, add chopped veggies, crushed tomatos, diced tomatos and kidney beans. Simmer for 2 hours.
Divide into separate containers for quick after work dinners.
