This chili is awesome! One of my favorites, it is less than 165 calories and 1.5 grams of fat per 1 cup serving. It is great on those chilly days that you just need to warm up. My KIDS even LOVE it! There are many other ingredients you could add as desired, such as peppers, celery or just miscellaneous veggies.
Optional is the whole wheat elbow macaroni, many people do not like pasta in there chili, I grew up in the mid west and it is very common in our chili.
Also optional you may add a tbs of Fat Free sour cream on top of your chili.

How Do I Make Turkey Chili 98% Fat Free?

Here is how you make Turkey Chili 98% Fat Free:

Starting out with 20 ounces of 99% Fat Free Turkey Breast Ground, not frozen, Brown in Fat Free Parkay Butter Spray. Mix in 1 medium onion chopped to desired size. Mix in 1 can 16 oz of pinto beans in chili sauce (I like to use Bush's chili beans) into meat and onion mixture. ***Optional dice up tomatoes, red, and green peppers as many as desired. (calories not calculated in for these items)In another Large pot, empty in 1 large can Tomato Juice(46oz) into pot. Add 1 cup water. ***Optional to add in pasta: Add in 1/2 cup whole wheat elbow macaroni (heartland perfect balance recommended) bring to boil and reduce heat to low. Add in 2 tablespoons of chili powder, and pepper to taste. Stir in turkey, onion, and bean mixture into tomato juice pot. Keep chili on low until noodles tender. Let stand and cool.
