Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat. Saute onion, then add carrots, squash and zucchini, stirring often, until veggies are soft. Toss in half the spices and stir to blend. Transfer veggie mixture to a bowl and set aside. Add turkey meat and cook until browned on medium heat; stir in the other half of the spices. Return vegetables to pot and add tomatoes and their juice and salsa and cook 15 minutes; reduce heat to simmer and cook for 40 minutes.
