2 cloves garlic minced

1 10oz box frozen corn

Here is how you make Turkey Harvest Chili:

Over medium heat, brown turkey with olive oil, breaking up with a wooden spoon. Add chili powder, cumin, salt, pepper and hot sauce to turkey. Before turkey is fully cooked, add onion, garlic and peppers. Continue to cook until turkey is browned and vegetables are soft. Add tomato puree and bring to a simmer. Defrost corn in microwave and add to chili. Allow to simmer for at least 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Before serving, taste chili and add extra hot sauce or chili powder if not spicy enough.
