The Turkey is 2 regular packages of Extra Lean Ground Turkey.Substitute just about any tomato options... it's all the same ballpark.I chop up 2 jalepenos and throw it in the crock pot, and then chop one more in the last 5 minutes, so that you keep some heat. It's not too spicy, though. It's a good start for tweaking, and there's plenty of safe tweaking.I would heartily recommend adding garlic powder, to the turkey as you brown it, before the crock pot, and then add cumin, cayenne, chili powder etc to taste as you mix everything in the crock pot. You can start with a teaspoon, but you will need to sort of tweak to find what you prefer.You can add sweetness with a can of tomato paste. You can add salt with... salt. :)
