1 packet chili seasoning
1 4 oz can of chopped green chilis (use fresh hot peppers if you'd like)
1 lb of extra lean ground turkey

I got about 6 or 7 servings at 1 1/2 cup each.Saute chopped onion, bell peppers and ground turkey all together until turkey is well browned.
