1 split bone-in turkey breast, skin removed (about 4 lbs)

Here is how you make Turkey Breast with Cranberry Glaze:

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.2. Combine fresh cranberries, syrup, water, garlic and 1/4 tsp salt in a medium saucepan. Bring to a simmer over medium heat. Cook, stirring frequently, until cranberries start to split, 1-2 minutes. Transfer to a blender and let cool for about 5 minutes. Puree till smooth. Set aside half the glaze to serve at table.3. Place turkey bone-side down in a small roasting pan. Sprinkle all over with remaining salt and the pepper. Roast for 30 minutes. Generously brush some of the cranberry sauce over turkey. Roast for 15 minutes more, then baste again with sauce.4. Continue roasting till instant-read thermometer inserted into the thickest part without touching bone registers 165 degrees, 30-45 minutes more.5. Transfer the turkey to a clean cutting board and allow to rest for 10-20 minutes. Reheat the reserved cranberry glaze, if desired.
