The ingredients for Hungry Girl's Turkey-Tastic Creamy Shirataki Bowls are:

1 pound ground, lean turkey
2 packages of House Foods Tofu Shirataki Spaghetti shaped noodle suobstitute
8 ounce can of sliced water chestnuts, drained
one 10.75 ounce can of cream of celery soup (you could use the fat free kind, but my store doesn't offer it)
1 wedge of The Laughing Couw Light Original Swiss cheese, room temperature
3 cups of broccoli florets
1 cup of fat free chicken or vegetable broth
6 table spoons of fat free sour cream
2 tablespoons of dry onion soup/dip mix
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

The recipe also called for 1/2 cup of scallions, but I didn't use them in the recipe or in the nutritional calculations


How Do I Make Hungry Girl's Turkey-Tastic Creamy Shirataki Bowls?

Here is how you make Hungry Girl's Turkey-Tastic Creamy Shirataki Bowls:

Rinse and drain shirataki noodles well. Dry noodles thoroughly, using paper towels to soak upu as much moisture as possible. Use a kinfe or kitchen shears to slice them up a bit. Set aside.To prepare sauce, combine celery soup with 1/4 water, sheese wedge, and sour cream, stirring until mixed thoroughly. Set aside.Place turkey in a large bowl. Sprinkle with seasoned salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Mix well to distribute spices.In a small dish, combine onion seasoning mix with 1/2 cup water. Stir thoroughly.Spray large pan with nonstick spray and bring to medium heat. Add seasonedd turkey and the onion seasoning mixture. Use a wooden spoon to break up the turkey. Cook until liquid has been mostly absorbed and turkey is fully browned, about 15 minutes. Then transfer the turkey to another large bowl.Remove pan from heat, and respray with nonstick spray. Over medium heat, add noobles, broccoli, broth, carrots, and water chestnuts. Stir unitl entire dish is hot.Return turkey to the pan. Continue cooking, stirring frequently, until vegetables have softened, 7 to 8 minutes. Add the sauce (and scallions if you using them) and stir. Continue to cook for 1 additional minute, or until sauce is evenly distributed and hot.Serve each portion in a bowl and top with a tablespoon of sour cream (not calculated in nutritional information).
