Here is how you make Crispy breaded turkey cutlets:

Soak turkey breasts in buttermilk and 1 beaten egg.In food processor, combine Rice Krispies, 2 clove fresh garlic, paprika, pepper, salt and any other desired spice (I personally add rosemary as well) and process to fine powder.Take turkey from buttermilk and roll/coat in rice krispie mixture and place on baking pan (use cooking spray on pan prior to placing turkey). Then drizzle turkey breasts with 3 tbsp melted butter. Bake uncovered at 350 for approx 1 hour. I also like to quarter red/purple potatoes, coat very sparingly with olive oil and rosemary and cook on same pan with turkey.....potatoes come out great!Number of Servings: 4Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user NOBACKINGOUT.
