In a large frying pan sprayed lightly with olive oil saute ground turkey until lightly browned. Remove to plate. Add onion and garlic to the drippings, saute, stirring constantly for 8-10 minutes. Sprinkle in curry powder and flour, stirring and cooking for 1 minute. Slowly stir in the chicken broth, cook until thick.
