6 chicken bouillon cubes
2 scallions chopped
1 cup baby carrots or carrots chopped
2 Tbsp chopped garlic
3 Tbsp Adobo seasoning made by Goya
paprika

4 and1/2 cups All-purpose baking mix like Bisquick
1 1/2 cups milk

Here is how you make Turkey and dumplings:

Chop scallions and carrots add to 4-6 quart cooking potAdd 8 cups water.Add 6 bouillon cubesAdd garlic and adobo seasoningStart boiling on medium settingTake leftover turkey and chop into bite size pieces.Add to potBoil for about 30 minutes until carrots are cookedMeanwhile, combine baking mix and milk in a bowl. Stir until mixed will be somewhat thick. If necessary may add a few teaspoons of milk at a time until mixed.When soup is cooked, add spoonful at a time to the top of the soup. It will cook the dough. At this point do not stir. The dumplings at the top need to cook. After 20 minutes sprinkle paprika on the top of the dumplings. Then you remove from heat and stir. This is so it doesn't burn on the bottom after you stir the dumplings.
