Here is how you make Turkey Enchilada Stack:

Preheat the oven to 450. Set aside, in separate bowls, 1/3 c. of the salsa, 1/4 c. of the chopped tomato and 3 tablespoons of the cheese In a large bowl, combine the turkey, chilies, onion and the remaining salsa, tomato and cheese, and stir until well mixed. Place 1 tortilla in a 9-inch round or square cake pan. Divide the turkey mixture into 4 equal portions and alternately layer the filling with the remaining tortillas, ending with a tortilla. Spread the reserved salsa on the top tortilla, then sprinkle on the reserved tomato and cheese. Bake for 15 minutes, or until heated through. Remove from the oven and let stand for 5 minutes.
