Here is how you make Ground Turkey Red Enchiladas:

Brown the turkey over medium high. In a saucepan saut? the diced onion and garlic on high heat until opaque. Add the chicken broth and bring to a boil. In a bowl, mix the red enchilada sauce with the chili powder, salt and flour. Slowly add this to the broth in the saucepan and turn the heat down to low with thickened.Add about a cup of sauce to the browned turkey and simmer for about fifteen minutes.Spray the corn tortillas with Pam and fry in a pan on high heat.Dip the cooked tortillas in the sauce and fill with about 2 tablespoons of meat.
