5ml (1 tsp)spoon Asda Free From (Gluten Free) Soy Sauce
5gm (1tsp) Marigold Swiss Vegetable Bouillon (Gluten Free)
5ml spoon (1tsp) Dried Thyme
1 tablespoon olive oil for frying

Here is how you make Quarter Pounder Turkey Burgers- Gluten Free:

1. Chop onion and place in large bowl with all other ingredients. 2. Use a handheld blender to blitz ingredients for 3 or 4 minutes until smooth and well mixed.3. Divide the mixture into 4, and shape into burgers, preferably with a quarter pounder burger press. (Line press with a wax disc. Spoon mixture in, almost to top of press, and smooth with back of a spoon. Top with another wax disc. Push burger out carefully. Repeat.) Alternately, shape mixture into 4 balls, and flatten with your hands. 4. Place burgers in refrigerator to chill for 10 minutes.5. Heat half of the oil in a large frying pan and cook 2 burgers for approximately 10 mins, flipping over to cook thoroughly. Remove, and place on kitchen paper to drain fat.
