Here is how you make American Turkey Goulash:

Prepare egg noodles according to package direction.Over medium-high heat, saute chopped onions for 4 minutes in a large, non-stick skillet. Add zucchini and saute for 2 more minutes. Remove vegetables from the skillet and set aside.Add ground turkey to the skillet and saute until no longer pink, about 10 minutes.When the turkey is done, return the vegetables to the skillet.
