Preheat oven to 350FRun ? cup old fashioned oats through a blender or food processor to get a coarse meal. Add to meat with egg, onion, garlic powder, and herbs. (Grind the Basil and Oregano between your palms before adding.) Mix until well blended. Cover a baking sheet with foil. Dived the meat mix into five 4oz. portions and shape into shallow cups, about 1 inch deep, on the baking sheet.Mix together the soup, green beans, and mushrooms. Spoon into the cups and sprinkle with cheese.Bake for 30 minutes.
