This is a highly modified version of my mom's hamburger hotdish. It is really easy and my family can't get enough of my "healthified" version. Add mushrooms and cook on medium for a few minutes. Then add soups and yellow mustard (use mustard to taste-I like a lot). You can also season with pepper, parsley, and basil. Boil egg noodles using package directions. Add noodles to the hotdish and add frozen corn. You can let this simmer or eat it immediately. It is even better the 2nd day!
