Here is how you make Italian Turkey Meat Loaf:

In a large bowl combine the ingredients for the meat mixture. Spray an 8x8x2-inch baking pan with PAM and put 1/2 the mixture in the bottom. In a separate bowl combine the ingredients for the filling. Spread it evenly over the meat in pan. Top with the remaining meat mixture.Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
