8 oz turkey polska kielbasa, sliced in approx 1/2-1" slices

Add oil to large skillet, add garlic and onion, cook on med hi for about 1 minute. Add sausage, cook til starts to brown. Turn heat down to med, stir in tomatoes, V8, chicken broth, creole seasoning and tabasco. Let cook about 5 min.
