4 C tomato sauce
1 1/2 C artichoke hearts, chopped

1 large egg

2 Tbsp Italian seasoning

Here is how you make Turkey Artichoke Lasagna:

Heat oven to 350.In a skilled heat oil; add onion and garlic and saute 4 minutes. Add turkey and cook until browned. Stir in tomato sauce ,artichokes, and italian seasoning. In separate bowl, combine cheeses, parsley and egg. Place 1/3 sauce into bottom of a 13X9 pan. Top with 3 noodles, spread with 1/3 cheese mixture, then sauce.
