Preheat oven to 350 Degrees season each turkey leg with 1 Tsp Garlic powder 1 Tsp Salt .5 Tbsp Taragon .5 Tbsp Parsley. Put on a wire rack in a baking pan and add about .25 cups of water to the bottom of the pan. Cover pan with Aluminum foil and cook for about an hour.
