2 Tbls Balsamic vinegar
1 Tbls dried marjoram
.5 tbls dried thyme

IN a large pot over med hi- add onion. shallots, oil, and lemon juice- cook until onion is translucent( about 5 minutes) Add turkey and vinegar and cook until turkey is done and liquid has cooked out.( 5 minutes) Add all remaining ingredients and bring to a boil over high heat. ( 5 minutes)Cover- reduce heat to med low and cook 30 minutes- or until most of liquid has been absorbed- It will be a thick stew like consistency.
