1. 16oz (1lb) 93% lean ground turkey
2. One chopped yellow onion
3. Red pepper flakes ( note, they did not have this listed in SP db), garlic powder, black pepper & Italian seasoning.

**Add as much or as little as you like of the seasoning. Its just herbs in the Italian seasoning and pepper. Go a little lighter on the garlic powder and remember you do not need salt but can add some sea salt if desired.

Here is how you make Robin's Turkey Loaf:

1. Heat oven to 400 degrees and spray cooking spray in a glass/Pyrex baking dish.2. Chop onions and mix ingredients well. 3. Put into baking dish, even out meat mixture across the pan. With clean hands create a moat around the edges of the dish. The meat will shrink while baking and this will enable you to drain off excess fat after baking. 4. Bake at 400 degrees for about 30 to 35 minutes. Let cool for a 10 minutes and then drain fat. **This meal can be cut into 3-4oz portions and store in the refrigerator for up to one week.
