How Do I Make Tex-Mex Turkey Loaf?

Here is how you make Tex-Mex Turkey Loaf:

In a food processor (or by hand) mash about half the beans. Mix all the beans (mashed and whole) with the rest of the ingredients, saving out about half a cup of cheese. When everything is combined thoroughly, spoon into a loaf pan. Top with the remaining cheese. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour, or until the middle of the loaf reaches 165 degrees. When its done, let it rest for about 5 minutes and enjoy!
