Here is how you make Thyme and Turkey Meat Loaf:

In a large bowl - Chop the green pepper, red pepper, spinach and onion Mince the leafy portion of the fresh Thyme (discard the stems) and place in bowl.Place the ground turkey and add minced garlic, Worchester Sauce and remaining spices.Mix the above well and then add the egg, oatmeal, corn flake crumbs and ketchup. Mix well and separate into two greased loaf pans. Create a slight indentation on the top of the loaf for the topping.Topping:Mix the ketchup, mustard and chili pepper blend. Put 1/2 of the mixture on each loaf and spread it over the loaf, leaving slightly more in the indentation. Place a spring of thyme on top.Bake at 375 for one hour.
