I made minimal changes to this fabulous Meatloaf Recipe. This is meant to be 6 individual meatloaf loaves. I cut them in half and it makes 12 servings. Ina had included 2 tsp of sodium, which probably adds flavor. I did not use the salt due to watching my sodium levels.

2.4 lbs. Lean Ground Turkey
1 Tbs. EVOO (extra virgin olive oil)
3 cups chopped yellow onions (3 onions)
1 tsp. chopped fresh thyme leaves
1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
3 Tbs Lea & Perrins Reduced Sodium Worcestershire Sauce
1/3 cup canned reduced sodium chicken broth
1 Tbs tomato paste
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
2 egg whites
1/2 cup ketchup

Here is how you make Turkey Meat Loaf - Based on Barefoot Contessa's Recipe:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Heat the olive oil in a medium saute pan. Add the onions, thyme and pepper and cook over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, for 8 to 10 minutes, until the onions are translucent but not brown. Off the heat, add the Worcestershire sauce, chicken stock, and tomato paste. Allow to cool slightly. In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, onion mixture, bread crumbs, and egg whites, and mix lightly with a fork. Don't mash or the meatloaf will be dense. Divide the mixture into 6 (8-9 ounce) portions and shape each portion into a small loaf on a sheet pan. Spread about a tablespoon of ketchup on the top of each portion. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, until the internal temperature is 155 to 160 degrees F and the meat loaves are cooked through. Serve hot.I am sure these could be fun done in a muffin pan for kids.
