How Do I Make Buffalo-Turkey Meatballs?

Here is how you make Buffalo-Turkey Meatballs:

Preheat oven to 400 F (204 C). Grind taco shells in a dry blender. Place in a large bowl. Swirl the eggs, seasonings and crushed taco shells in a large bowl. Add meats to bowl, and use fingers to lightly mix all ingredients (don't compact or mash the meat). Combine thoroughly. Use a small scoop (1 TB) to quickly portion petite meatballs, and evenly space on a baking sheet. (I used 2 small baking sheets) Bake at 400F/204C for 25-30 minutes.Enjoy with marinara sauce, ketchup, or your favorite barbecue sauce.
