Portabella Mushrooms, 226.8 grams
Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
Garlic, 4 tsp
Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 1 large
Olive Oil, 4 tbsp
Flat Leaf Parsley, .5 cup
**Lawry's Seasoned Salt, 2 tsp
Pepper, black, 1 tbsp


How Do I Make Juicy Turkey Meatballs?

Here is how you make Juicy Turkey Meatballs:

Mince the onion and garlic, cook in olive oil until soft. Set aside. Finely chop the mushrooms and cook in the remaining olive oil - add a teaspoon of salt in the beginning stage of cooking to bring out all the juices. Cook for about 10 minutes, remove from heat and add to the onions. Allow to cool completely. Finely mince the flat leaf parsley. Add onion, garlic, mushroom and parsley to 1 lb lean ground turkey, mix in egg, add seasoned salt and pepper to taste (or whatever spices you like with turkey). Scoop into mini muffin pans, about 1 tablespoon each. Bake for 20 minutes, allow to cool for about 10 minutes in the pan. Makes about 48 - 56 meatballs.
