Here is how you make Swedish Meatballs with Turkey:

In a bowl, mix well by hand turkey, egg, breadcrumbs, and spices. Shape into meatballs. Saute in skillet until brown with just a T. of oil. Transfer to ovenproof casserole dish. Pour beef broth over. Bake at 325, covered, for 45 minutes. Mix milk with cornstarch until dissolved. Add to broth. Stir to thicken. Cook an additional 15 minutes until heated through. If the broth does not thicken immediately, cook in microwave 30 sec. at a time on High stirring at each 30 second interval until thickened.
