When I make these I have to fight my niece and daughter from stealing my meatballs. :) They never knew oats/quinoa was in the recipe.I topped the burger with bruschetta and a side spinach salad pomegrade vinagrate . 1/4 cup quinoa
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon fresh thyme chopped
1/4 cup finely chopped celery
1 teaspoon of chicken boullion
2 chopped garlic cloves
1 small envelope of Goya Salad Seasoning

1/4 cup italian bread crumbs (optional)
1 egg (optional - if using bread crumbs, may need it)

In a bowl mix turkey and all ingredients, if using bread crumbs you may need the egg to keep together but my turkey was moist enough so didn't need it.
