How Do I Make ATK Turkey Meatloaf?

Here is how you make ATK Turkey Meatloaf:

Melt butter in frying pan & add baking soda, onion, & salt over med heat for 3-4 minutes until slightly brown.Add garlic & thyme and cook about 1 minute.Add Worcestershire sauce & allow to reduce down for about a minute. Put in bowl and allow to cool down.Add egg yolks & blend. Add Dijon mustard and blend.Put in a bowl to blend, quick oats, cornstarch, salt, & pepper.Add dry ingredients to onion mixture. Continue adding parsley, Parmesan cheese, & turkey. Blend with hands. Unlike beef, turkey doesn?t get tough if blended too much.Over med heat blend all ingredients into small saucepan and allow to simmer for 5 minutes to thicken up.Prep sheet pan with wire rack and aluminum foil over the top. Spray foil with oil. Wet hands to avoid sticking and put turkey mixture onto foil, shaping into 9 x5 loaf.Brush with ? glaze. Bake in 350o oven for 40 minutes. Remove and brush with remaining glaze.Put back into oven and bake another 35 to 40 minutes.
