1/2 cup brown sugar
3 teaspoons yellow mustard

Here is how you make I can't Believe it's TURKEY Meatloaf:

In a large mixing bowl mix all ingredients EXCEPT for ketchup , brown sugar and mustard. Place in loaf pan and bake in oven at 350* for 45 mins. Take out and drain off any extra "juices". Then mix together ketchup, brown sugar, mustard and pour over loaf. Return it to the oven for an additional 10- 15 mins. Makes 6 servings.
