Mix egg whites and Worcestershire sauce together and mix in with turkey meat. Add rest of ingredients except topping and mix and form into loaf and put into a loaf pan. Place in oven at 350 degrees and cook for 1 hour. Then pull out and make topping and spread over top of meatloaf and cook for another 10 minutes.
