Here is how you make Kristin's Turkey Meatloaf:

Preheat oven to 450 F. In a food processor, chop 2 carrots, green pepper, onion and garlic, until fine. In a large bowl, mix ground turkey, egg, breadcrumbs, mustard, salt, ground pepper, and vegetable mixture. Mix well and press meatloaf into a breadloaf pan.Meanwhile, mix small can of plain tomato sauce with 1/4 cup barbecue sauce. Spread sauce on top of meatloaf. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Broil for 5 minutes more, until tomato sauce is bubbly and starting to brown.
