Shape to a loaf shape. Cover loosely with foil and place on middle shelf of preheated oven and bake for 40 mins, then take off foil and bake for a further 20 mins or until cooked thoroughly.When meatloaf is cooked take out of oven and let it stand for 10 minutes before serving.(You can also mould this to 4-6 individual meatloaves - eat some now and freeze the rest).Serve either hot or cold with veggies or salad of your choice.
