Here is how you make McConathy Turkey Meatloaf:

Combine all ingredients gently with one hand turning bowl with your other hand as you fold the ingredients together. Be careful not to over mix as this will make the meatloaf tough.Spray a non-stick loaf pan with cooking spray (olive oil based) and gently fold the meatloaf mixture into the pan.
