2 T balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup parmesan cheese

preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Steam saute vegetables, garlic, pepper flakes salt and pepper until almost soft. Beat egg and herbs in a large bowl. Add meat. bread crumbs, cheese, half of the ketchup,1 T balsamic vinegar and cooled vegetables and mix together.Place meatloaf in large loaf pan and mix in small bowl remaining ketchup and balsamic vinegar and a pinch of red pepper flakes, spoon mixture over meatloaf.
