Here is how you make My Mom's Best Turkey Meatloaf:

Preheat oven to 350. Preheat a 12-inch non-stick skillet. Add oil and saut? the celery, onion, carrot and potato on medium for 10 minutes, or until tender. In a medium bowl combine the beaten egg, bread crumbs, Worcestershire sauce, milk, salt, pepper, and ? cup ketchup, and cooled vegetable mixture from step #2. Once combined add the turkey and mix well, being careful not to overmix.Grease and/or line a metal cookie sheet (not a meatloaf pan) with foil. Form the meatloaf mixture into a log shape on the sheet, or into 4 smaller, individual size loaves of a quarter-pound each.In a small bowl, mix a squirt of mustard and ? cup ketchup. Baste the meatloaf with this mixture.Bake in a 350 degree oven for approximately 50 minutes or until internal temperature registers 160 degrees.
