ground turkey
1 to 1 1/2 cup any brand Italian flavor bread crumbs without cheese
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped onion
1 to 1 1/2 cups green or any color pepper
1 to 1 1/2 cups fresh sliced mushrooms
3 teaspoons chopped garlic or to taste
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce or to taste
1/4 or 2 oz cup white or red cooking wine
salt, pepper, paprika to taste

Here is how you make Nuked Turkey meatloaf:

Mix everything together and put in a microwave safe casserole dish, cover and cook in microwave for 20 minutes at 80%. Check for doneness by cutting into center of meatloaf. If it's still pink, cook for an extra 10 minutes at 80%. Meatloaf comes out VERY moist. If you like it dryer cook for a few minutes with out the cover. This can also be cooked in regular oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until meat is not pink.
