Pre-heat oven to 375 degree.In large oven safe cooking dish mix first 8 ingredients well. Divide both cans of soup in half. Put first half of each in meatloaf mixture. Take second half of soups and mix them together. Peel 3 large or 4 medium potatoes and 5 carrots.Shape meatloaf mixture such that there is enough room on the sides to put vegetables. Sprinkle with pepper. Cover meatloaf and vegetables with soup mixture. Cover and put in oven for 60-90 minutes. Until vegetables are cooked the way you like them.
