Preheat oven to 350 degrees...line 2 cookie sheets w/foil & spray both w/Butter Pam spray.Chop onion & place in large bowl. I place carrots & celery in mini food processor & add to onion. Add the 1/2 cup barbecue sauce & the tomato sauce to bowl. Add breadcrumbs & spices. Mix well w/hands. Form into 13 mini loafs. Cut 13 pieces of bacon in half & place 2 halves on top of loafs. Take the 6 Tablespoons of barbecue sauce & spread on top of bacon. Place both cookie sheets in oven & cook till done. Use thermometer to determine. 1 loaf is one serving. These freeze great.
