Here is how you make Turkey Burger Meatloaf:

Preheat oven to 350.Mix the first seven ingredients thoroughly in a mixing bowl. Place in an ungreased loaf pan or 8 inch square pan. Bake in the oven for 20 to 35 minutes. (depending on pan size)While meatloaf is baking, combine last two ingredients (brown sugar and 7 TBSP ketchup). Remove meatloaf from oven and top with mixture. Return to oven and cook an additional 20 to 25 minutes.**Tip - for easy portion sizing try baking in muffin pan.
