Here is how you make Turkey Meatloaf Florentine:

Heat the olive oil in a skillet and saute the onion until tender. Add the spinach and stir until wilted. Allow this to cool then mix with all remaining ingredients except 1/2 C spaghetti sauce. Spray a 9x13" baking dish with nonstick spray and form mixture into a loaf in the dish. Spread remaining 1/2 C spaghetti sauce on top. Cover with foil. Bake at 425 for 55 minutes.
