1/2 cup Oat Bran
1 cup Milk, 1% (or non-fat)

4 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, shredded
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp Garlic salt

1/2 cup Portabella Mushrooms, chopped
1/2 cup Onions, chopped
1 Clove Garlic, minced

Put Oats, Oat Bran, milk and egg in large bowl, mix together, then mix in the Worchestershire sauce, garlic salt.Lightly cook the Mushrooms, onion and garlic in a pan with olive oil. Let cool slightly then mix with the oat/milk mixture in the bowl.Add the ground turkey and then mix well.
